Working Toward a Better Tomorrow
The Pioneers Incorporated is a civic organization that was established in Hopkinsville, KY, in December 1952. It originated from a holiday social event that was extremely successful. The organizers decided to form a permanent organization to work for the betterment of the community in various areas, including politics, education, employment, and industrial development. They chose the name "Pioneers" to represent their firm commitment to opening new doors and paving new roads. The Pioneers officially became incorporated on March 25, 1953.
Our Mission Statement
The mission of Pioneers Incorporated is to stimulate, promote, and advance social, cultural, and civic awareness and involvement in Hopkinsville, Christian County, Kentucky.
This may best be accomplished through educational empowerment, employment directives, political involvement, and industrial development.
A Commitment to the Community
The Pioneers Incorporated work for the best interests of the community in the areas of politics, education, employment, and industrial development.
These goals are accomplished through active participation, support, advocacy, and involvement in events and issues of interest in our community that promote justice, personal achievement, equality, and a better quality of life.
Leading By Example
Members of the Pioneers Incorporated have to be kind, sincere, and dedicated Christian men who are willing to unite selflessly in activities and causes that promote a better Hopkinsville-Christian County.
